- 01. Introduction
Olla Trade Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), is incorporated under the laws of Anguilla with Registration A000001849 having its registered office at No. 9 Cassius Webster Building, Grace Complex, PO Box 1330, The Valley, Al 2640, Anguilla.. The Company is authorised as an International Business Company (IBC) in Anguilla under the laws and regulations of the International Business Companies Act 2022: Section 203. (herein the “Law”). The objects of the Company are all subject matters not forbidden by International Business Companies (Amendment and Consolidation) Act 2022: Section 203 of the Revised Laws of Anguilla. Olla Trade Ltd. is the leading brokerage, by volume, FX and bullion trading company.
Meta Trader 4 also known as MT4, an electronic trading platform is used by Olla Trade Ltd. It provides low latency and order processing. The Company in accordance with the provisions of the Law and international standards, outlines in the Privacy Policy (herein the “Policy”) how the Company collects, maintains, utilizes and discloses personal information of the Client.
This Policy applies to all companies within Olla Trade Group and all the Companies follow the principles as outline hereof. We train our employees who handle personal information to respect the confidentiality of customer information and the privacy of individuals. We regard breaches of your privacy very seriously and will impose appropriate penalties, including dismissal, should we deem it necessary.
This Policy applies to existing and prospective clients as well as to any visitors of the company’s website(s).
The Company is committed to protecting the privacy of all Clients’ personal data which it obtains during the Account Opening process including information obtained during a Client’s visit to the Company’s website(s).
- 02. Eligibility
To access and use the services provided by Olla Trade, you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. You must have the full legal capacity and authority to enter into and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our services
are not intended for use in jurisdictions where Forex trading is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your access and use of our platform comply with local laws and regulations. We reserve the right to reject or terminate accounts that do not meet our eligibility requirements or appear to be in violation of any applicable laws.

- Have the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
- Not be located in any country where Forex trading is restricted or prohibited.
- 03. Account Registration
Creating an account with Olla Trade requires you to provide complete, accurate, and current information. This includes personal identification, contact information, and any documentation required for compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws. It is your responsibility to update your account information if it changes. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and you must not share your account with any third party. Any activity carried out under your account will be considered your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately. Failure to maintain the security of your account may result in the suspension or termination of your access to our services.

Olla Trade offers a range of online Forex trading services, including access to trading major, minor, and exotic currency pairs, trading signals, educational resources, and trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4. Our services are designed for traders who wish to engage in speculative investment in the foreign exchange market. All trades are executed electronically, and users are given real-time access to market data and analytical tools to make informed decisions. Our platform also includes portfolio management tools, performance analytics, and risk management features. Olla Trade does not offer investment advice or guarantee any profit. All trading decisions made by the user are at their own risk.

- 05. significant Risk
Forex trading is highly speculative and involves a significant level of risk. It is possible to lose all or a substantial amount of your invested capital. Prices in the Forex market can fluctuate rapidly due to market conditions, economic events, geopolitical developments, and other external factors. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose and ensure you fully understand the risks involved before opening a position. We strongly encourage all clients to seek independent financial advice prior to engaging in trading. By using our services, you acknowledge that you understand the inherent risks and accept full responsibility for any financial outcomes resulting from your trading activities.

- 06. Deposits & Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals must be made using your verified account and approved payment methods. We offer a range of funding options, including bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and e-wallets, depending on your region. You must ensure that the payment method used is registered in your name. Olla Trade reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time. Deposits are usually processed instantly, but delays can occur depending on the financial institution involved. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–48 hours, although the exact timing may vary. While Olla Trade does not charge internal transaction fees, third-party providers may impose service charges, which are your responsibility.
Suspicious or fraudulent activity related to fund transfers may result in account suspension or legal action.
- 07. Prohibited Activities
You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any unlawful, unethical, or fraudulent activity on the Olla Trade platform. This includes, but is not limited to, money laundering, identity theft, unauthorized use of trading software or bots, market manipulation, arbitrage exploitation, or abusing promotional offers. Any use of our platform that violates local or international laws, our internal policies, or fair trading practices will lead to immediate account suspension, termination, and possible reporting to relevant regulatory authorities. Olla Trade maintains the right to audit your account activity and take corrective measures, including freezing your funds, if we detect or suspect any suspicious behavior.
- 08. Account Termination
Olla Trade reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if we determine that you have violated any part of these Terms and Conditions or if your actions are deemed harmful to the platform, our reputation, or other users. Grounds for termination may include fraudulent behavior, misuse of the platform, harassment of other users or staff, or violation of applicable laws. In the event of termination, you may forfeit any rights to claim refunds, promotions, or active positions, and your remaining balance may be frozen pending investigation. If we terminate your account, you will be notified of the reason and any steps required for possible reinstatement.
- 09. Intellectual Property
All content, software, graphics, user interfaces, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property found on the Olla Trade website and platforms are the sole property of Olla Trade or its licensors. These elements are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or exploit any part of the platform for commercial gain without our written consent.
- 10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olla Trade and its affiliates, employees, directors, and partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services. This includes losses resulting from trading decisions, system downtime, platform errors, data inaccuracies, or unauthorized access to your account. While we strive to provide a reliable and secure trading environment, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. You agree that your use of the platform is at your own risk and that Olla Trade is not responsible for any financial losses or damages related to your trading activity.
- 11. Indemnification
By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Olla Trade, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or legal fees arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions, your violation of any law or the rights of a
third party, or any activity conducted through your account. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or suspension of your account and the cessation of your use of the platform. You agree to cooperate fully in the defense of any claim and allow us to take control
of the matter if necessary.

Olla Trade reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our business practices, regulatory requirements, or user feedback. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, and we will notify users of significant updates via email or system notice. It is your responsibility to regularly review the Terms to stay informed. Continued use of the platform after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any modifications, you must stop using our services immediately.
